Closing Costs

There are certain standard costs associated with closing the sale of a house. These fees are different for buyers and sellers, as stated in the sales agreement/contract.

As we negotiate the sales contract, some of the closing cost for a seller are - Transfer Tax, property tax pro-ration, attorney/closing fee, real estate fee. The buyers closing cost are higher since the buyer pays for the appraisal, inspections, title work and attorney/closing fee, bank fees, transfer tax, property tax pro-ration/escrow etc

I will walk you through the closing costs, answering any questions you may have regarding the fees involved.  

Good Faith Estimate

Buyers will receive a "Good Faith Estimate" of closing costs at the time a contract is submitted. The estimate is based on the lenders fees. I will be glad to review the "Good Faith Estimate," answering questions and verifying costs and estimates.
